We are a proud ARChoices Provider! If you are currently enrolled as an ARChoices Beneficiary, contact your DHS Nurse, and she will happily provide the paperwork directly to the center so you may begin services. If you are not enrolled, kindly revisit the "Resources" tab, and learn how to enroll in the program.

We are proud VA Provider! Being a veteran myself, I am humbled to continue to serve you! If you are interested in joining our family, contact your Pact Nurse and they will begin the process of getting you enrolled.

We also accept cash payments. Our hourly rate is $12.00 per hour, and you can choose any schedule that works for you and your loved ones. There is no minimal participation requirements, whatever your family needs, we will happily oblige! However, if you'd like to attend daily, the rate is reduced to $400.00 per week. To help offset the cost, revisit the "Resources" tab and click the link to Alzheimer's Arkansas link to access grant money that can be applied towards Millennium.
